Stantec acquired ESI Consulting to expand company’s consulting services in Europe, on March 23, 2018

Stantec—a global design firm—announced acquisition of ESI Consulting (ESI)—England-based firm so as to expand the company’s consulting capabilities in the U.K.

Our combined teams will provide creative solutions, leading edge analysis, and proven value for our clients across a wide range of industries.” said Cath Schefer, Managing Director, Stantec

ESI has a diverse spectrum of clients in the private and public sector, in the water resources, transport and infrastructure, minerals and waste, and property industries. The firm is also leading an alliance of expert teams for management of water resources, hydrology, and hydrogeology projects for Severn Trent Water Limited’s Framework for AMP6 Asset Management Plans.
